Return & Exchange Policy – Baraka Wellness

Important Note

Please make sure to record a video while opening your parcel upon delivery. This is required to process any return or exchange request.


Return Conditions

In case of any issue, it must be reported within 2 days of delivery.


Eligible Cases for Return or Exchange

You can request a return or exchange in the following situations:

  • Damaged or Broken Bottle
    (Minor leakage is not considered valid due to third-party courier handling)
    👉 Only exchange is allowed for damaged items
  • Duplicate / Double Order Received
  • Wrong Product or Incorrect Quantity Received

Requirements to Initiate a Request

To process your request, please:

  • Share the parcel opening video and clear pictures
  • In case of duplicate orders, provide images of both parcels
  • Include a clear image of the shipping label

Non-Eligible Cases (Disqualification)

Your request will not be accepted if:

  • Report is made after 2 days of delivery
  • Shared images/videos are unclear or incomplete
  • Product packaging is opened, damaged, or used (for wrong/duplicate items)
  • Shipping label is missing
  • Required information is incomplete

Process Timeline

The return/exchange process may take 10–15 working days.

Your case will be reviewed with our:

  • Courier partner
  • Production team
  • Dispatch department

After verification, you will be provided with a suitable exchange or resolution.
